It is not simply that the Watchtower teaches that the powerful Kingdom of God began ruling in 1914 and that Jesus’ invisible presence began then. Over the course of these past 100 years the Watchtower has interpreted virtually every prophecy in the Bible, with just a few exceptions, explaining them in relation to 1914. In other words, everything has been fulfilled.

En el período previo al derrocamiento de la Judea Unido Jehová acquisitioned el poderoso ejército de Babilonia de Nabucodonosor como su agente de castigo. Sin embargo, no fue sólo diminuto Judá que Dios castigó. Todo era de las naciones. Es por ello que la conquista de las naciones de Babilonia se llama el día de Jehová.

Jesús no siempre se refería a una generación como una generación malvada y adúltera. Así como le dijo a sus discípulos que "de ningún modo pasará esta generación hasta que sucedan todas estas cosas", Cristo también dijo a los Judios y a sus fariseos lo mismo.

En varios lugares el apóstol Pablo usa la analogía de una carrera a pie para ilustrar el curso de la vida para los cristianos. “He corrido la carrera hasta terminarla”, el apóstol escribió a Timoteo hacia el final de su vida terrena. “Y corramos con aguante la carrera que está puesta delante de nosotros", exhortó a sus compañeros hebreos.
